We are giving away a brand new IPad for every 5000 reviews on the site. All you have to do to enter the draw is add a review for a property of your choice. It doesn't matter if the review is for a holiday let or a long term rental as long as you have reviewed a property.

Term and Conditions
This competition is open to UK residents only. To enter simply add a review on Rate The Landlord about a property that you have genuinely rented. It can be either a long term rental or a short term holiday let.
The more reviews you add, the more chance you have of winning! For every review you will be added into the draw another time, so if you add 3 reviews you have 3 times more chance of winning!
The first winner will be announced when the reviews pass the 5000 mark. At this stage the reviews will be verified and entered into a random draw. The selected winner will then be contacted via the email address they signed up to the site with to arrange delivery of the prize.
Subsequent winners will be announced at every 5000. Reviews do not roll over, so to enter the next draw you will need to create another review.
Entrants may only create one review per property, but are allowed to create as many different property reviews as they wish.
If the winner is not genuine, Rate The Landlord will award the prize to the first genuine reviewer picked at random.
The winners will also be featured on Rate The Landlord as a winner of this draw.
The winner cannot be currently employed by or a relative to TheProperyReview.com or its partner company, Dynamic50 Ltd
If the Apple IPad has not been released by the time the draw is taken, the winner will be given the option to accept an alternative Apple product for the same value as the IPad, or to wait until the IPad is launched!
